- Aged Moonlight White （Bailu）
Jinggu Dabai is one of the rarest large-leaf varieties in Yunnan, with the highest amino acid content among all Yunnan tea trees.
Its fine, silvery down is the hallmark of its distinctive “white” character — and the source of Moonlight White’s signature freshness.
This rich amino acid composition gives the tea a pure, bright sweetness, firmly establishing Jinggu as a premier terroir for Moonlight White.
We select only one bud with one leaf, then let the leaves wither naturally.
One side turns silver-white under moonlight, the other deep brown like earth — hence the name “Moonlight White.”
This is not a newly made tea.
It is a carefully selected batch of high-quality Jinggu Moonlight White,
aged through an innovative alternation of aerobic and anaerobic storage conditions —
precise temperature, humidity, and atmosphere, guiding a slow, gentle transformation.
The astringency of youth has faded; what remains is a mellow, full-bodied, and deeply harmonious character.
Seven years have passed. The tea has softened. Its fragrance has settled deep into the liquor.

The slightest shift within is instantly perceived without. Therefore the sage walks with all things as one, moving without contrivance, following without force.
This is the wisdom of “Forgetting Intent” — when the mind is still, all beings respond with trust.
We name this set “White Heron.”
Because a heron stands in shallow water, still, unhurried,
waiting without waiting.
The tea table asks the same of us:
lay down your intentions, just drink the tea.
