Ingredients:
High mountain oolong tea leaves from Shanlinxi, Taiwan
Process:
Withering, rolling, light oxidation, gentle baking, light to medium roasting
Appearance:
Tightly rolled emerald-green leaves with a soft sheen
Liquor Color:
Clear golden-yellow with a hint of jade
Flavor:
Delicate floral notes (orchid, lily) layered with creamy sweetness, hints of fresh pear, and a cooling, lingering aftertaste
Brewing Instructions:
Use 3-4 grams (a teaspoon) of tea leaves for 6-8 ounces of water.
Heat water to 90°C (194°F).
Steep for 3-4 minutes.
