2026 Summer Menu
Xiniutang Raw Pu'er
Xiniutang Raw Pu’er is harvested each early spring from wild ancient tea trees hidden deep within the untouched forests of Pasha, Yunnan, at elevations of 1500–1700 metres. The tea trees grow naturally among native woodland, moss, and vines, far from human cultivation, developing a distinctive forest character and powerful mountain energy.
Due to the remote terrain and towering ancient trees, tea pickers must hike deep into the forest for hours, carefully harvesting only the first spring buds by hand. The yield is extremely limited, making each harvest
Crafted with a slow low-temperature process to preserve the tea’s natural vitality, the cup is rich, deep, and layered, with notes of wild honey, forest wood, herbs, and mountain florals. Its bold bitterness quickly transforms into a long-lasting sweetness, leaving a cooling mineral finish and a lingering forest resonance.
Grand Snowy White Tea
Grand Snowy White Tea is crafted from rare wild ancient tea trees growing deep within the forests of Yunnan’s Da Xue Shan at an altitude of 2800 metres. Harvested only once each spring, the young buds are naturally rich in mountain vitality, shaped by untouched wilderness and cool highland air.
Using a slow, low-temperature process inspired by traditional wild tea craftsmanship — including bamboo withering, gentle fermentation, and charcoal roasting — the tea develops remarkable depth while preserving its natural purity and freshness.
The cup is silky and luminous, with notes of wild honey, alpine herbs, pine forest, and soft woodiness. Sweet, cooling, and deeply lingering, it carries the quiet clarity of the mountain landscape.
Purple Treasure Black Tea
Purple Treasure is crafted from rare naturally purple tea buds, a unique tea varietal rich in anthocyanins and amino acids. Inspired by traditional Phoenix oolong techniques, the leaves undergo careful sun withering and controlled fermentation to soften their natural bitterness and reveal a more refined character.
The liquor is vibrant ruby-purple, with notes of ripe plum, dark fruit, and gentle honeyed sweetness. Smooth and layered in texture, it finishes with a lingering sweetness and refreshing mineral clarity.
